Brand Representation & Sales Management Role Responsibilities: 

  • Aided in event planning and on-site execution for major industry expos, including Outdoor Retailer, ensuring smooth logistics and cross-team alignment.

  • Managed retail operations during supply chain disruptions by coordinating orders, fulfillment, and communication across Shopify and 3PL systems.

  • Supported a team of five sales representatives to expand placement in new retail stores across the Western U.S.

Brand & Marketing Intern Role Responsibilities: 

  • Created social media content and supported influencer outreach efforts, coordinating partnerships and deliverables to grow brand awareness and engagement.

  • Conducted in-depth market analysis of the Western US to identify retail opportunities and generate leads for sales representatives to follow up on.

Outdoor Retailer Expo, Snow Show 2022

During my time at the Outdoor Retailer Expo, I had the opportunity to help design, set up, and manage the booth for GOT BAG. I worked with the team to create an engaging display that showcased the brand's products and sustainability mission while interacting with customers and industry professionals throughout the event. One of the most rewarding aspects of the experience was helping represent the brand on a large industry stage and connecting with attendees interested in innovative outdoor gear.

Our work at the expo was recognized via the Innovator Award, making it one of the highlights of the event. 

On the right are two large banner posters I designed in Canva for the Outdoor Retailer Expo, created to bring brand messaging to life in a high-traffic event environment. I aimed to keep the outdoors at the forefront, connecting GOT BAG to themes of adventure, clean oceans, and sustainability. I created multiple variations to incorporate both logos and slogans while still ensuring a cohesive look and feel across all designs. 

During my internship at GOT BAG, I developed a comprehensive report on the brand and its industry. This included a historical timeline of backpacks, an overview of how GOT BAG was founded, and a SWOT analysis with strategic recommendations.
